Body and Energy work have been an integral part of Sydney's path over the past 12 years and catalysts in her personal healing journey.  They helped her reset her nervous system and reconnect with mind and body in a way that she did not know possible. Over time, these passions grew into her life’s work of guiding others back into balance and wholeness.

She holds certifications in Thai Massage through the International Training Massage School (ITM) and Sunshine School Network, including advanced levels of study. She has trained in Cranial Sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute USA and local courses in Costa Rica and is also a Reiki Master.

Her understanding of nervous system health is informed by her studies with the Polyvagal Institute. Additionally, she holds a Master’s in Education, in University Teaching.

Sydney has lived in Costa Rica since 2017, where she offers private sessions, group programs, and community-based healing spaces. Her work blends science, somatics and intuitive presence, helping others access safety, connection, and deep rest.

Outside of these offerings, her life passions are being in nature, working in her garden, natural horsemanship, connecting with community and enjoying what each day brings.
